Merino wool has long been a material of choice for its unique ability to regulate heat however on its own, wouldn’t allow the breathability required to regulate effectively. In order to ensure our beanie can do so, we weave a hybrid cotton & merino wool to unsure the beanie is fit for indoor & outdoor sauna use

Our aim was to simply create a beanie that could serve a dual purpose. For it to keep you cool when you hot, & warm when you’re cold. We achieve this by using merino wool that has a unique quality of helping to insulate the heat into your head whilst also allowing an element of breathability for wearer to ensure the head stays cool when hot.
What makes the nordikool beanie so special?

We chose to use Merino Sheep Wool as its the bets material on the market for heat insulation. Quality comes at a price & we use the most refined version of merino wool available.
cambric cotton
The intentional use of Cambric Cottom makes the NORDIKOOL beanie a breathable beanie that insulates & conducts the heat when in hot & cold environments. When used alongside merino wool, makes for an unbeatable blend.

Stitching & makeup Quality
We know the quality of the stitching & overall construction makes a huge difference to how comfortable a hat is to wear. We use a double weave with the Merino Wool & Cambric Cotton to ensure the contruction of the beanie is strong
